Who doesn't love chicken tenders? Learn how to make a low carb version that everyone will love!
Going keto may seem like you have to give a lot up, including chicken tenders, but that’s simply not true. Growing up, chicken tenders were a staple in our house. Though we did not eat out much, every time we did my sister and I would choose chicken tenders. Now, as an adult and mother, I have been able to bring this much loved dish back to our dinner table and feel good about it.
These tenders are not crispy like you might expect, but they are jam packed full of flavor! They went perfectly with my loaded cauliflower mash - get that recipe here.
A childhood favorite - made keto-friendly.
1 pound chicken tenderloins
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat or foil.
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Rinse and dry chicken tenderloins. Dip chicken in melted butter, then in seasoning mixture.
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve and enjoy!
