If you’re in the mood for chips and dip, this is the recipe for you! Easy, simple and delicious, you can get your crispy fix and indulge in the creamy dip, too! I have never been much of a chip eater, but boy did this hit the spot. I whipped this up pretty fast and quickly took my husband from hangry to content.
I had leftovers, which is awesome! If you are looking for another way to use it up, this dip would also be tasty with crisp veggies, pork rinds or served with chicken.
The perfect fix if you're in the mood for chips and dip.
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan
1 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Drop shredded cheese in small circles on the baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until desired crispiness is achieved.
Meanwhile, whip cream cheese in a food processor or using a mixer.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate leftover dip.
